Thank you for an incredible second season of tours and tastings at our facility! We are humbled that each tour sold out this season and we're thrilled that our community and its visitors are embracing oyster aquaculture through both education and culinary experiences. Please join our newsletter to hear updates about 2024 tours, and in the meantime, we hope you'll visit The Hatchery food truck open until early fall.

Looking for a cool experience where science leads to sustainable culinary bliss?!
Join us for a hatchery tour and tasting where you will get a behind the scenes look at what it takes to put oyster seed in the hands of farmers. Your tour also gets you access to our exclusive pop-up oyster bar!
Details about tours: On Tour Fridays, there will be 6 tours with 6 people per tour starting at 5pm. Your ticket gets you an oyster tasting and your tour through the hatchery with a staff member where you will learn how oysters are made in the hatchery. Also included is access to our pop-up oyster bar from 5-9 where you are welcome to come before and stay after your tour time to enjoy the sunset over local oysters, beer, and wine for sale.
Please note that we regret that our facility is not currently ADA accessible. In addition the floors in the hatchery can be wet and slippery and patrons should wear appropriate, grippy, footwear.
